Our nationwide warranty, service, and parts systems are designed to deliver customer care that is second to none.

 

Warranty System

New machinery aligned with our distributors, Landpower, come with a warranty for parts and service. The coverage and conditions of warranties are fully outlined at the time of purchase for our CLAAS Harvest Centres. Your money is your business so we place great urgency on our warranty systems to make it first CLAAS.

Service Support (24 hours, seven days a week)

Our CLAAS Harvest Centre service people are highly trained in the brands of equipment we sell, in hydraulics, electronics, and the computer technology associated with many modern farm machines.

Our dealer service staff are supported by national training programmes, product specialists, and a sophisticated company database of technical issues and resolutions.

Our service staff can be often found working around the clock, in the field, to keep our farmers and contractors operating at full capacity.

We know that good service means offering not only quality and reliability but also affordability. After all, our services are designed to ensure you are able to do your work reliably and efficiently.

Parts Support (24 hours, seven days a week)

CLAAS Harvest Centres through our parent company carry over 32,000 individual line items across its Australia and New Zealand parts distribution centres. CLAAS Harvest Centres and dealers connected to the parts database can check prices and availability, and place orders, in real time.

The parts department is electronically linked with courier companies so that parts can be dispatched promptly and tracked via a bar code.

In most cases parts can be transferred anywhere in the country within 24 hours. In urgent cases a part can often be delivered to a machine on the same day it is ordered.

CLAAS Harvest Centres also runs a 24 hour parts hotline service during harvest seasons.
